Christopher John Hughes (born 14 August 1947, in Enfield, Middlesex, England) is one of Britain's leading quizzers. Hughes was educated at Enfield Grammar School and is a retired train driver and railway worker. He has been a winner of ''Mastermind'' (1983), ''International Mastermind'' (1983) and ''Brain of Britain'', 2005.〔(Biography at UKGameshows.com )〕 He is one of only five people ever to have won both ''Mastermind'' and ''Brain of Britain''.〔(UK Game Show Records, UKGameshows.com )〕 He also appeared on ''The Weakest Link'' on 24 September 2001, and was voted out in the final elimination round without answering a single question incorrectly during the whole show, having been named the strongest link in six of the seven elimination rounds. Host Anne Robinson declared Chris to be "the best contestant we have had on the Weakest Link" and opted not to use her signature "you are the Weakest Link, goodbye!" catchphrase, instead simply saying "goodbye Chris". He currently competes alongside other quiz champions on the UK quiz show ''Eggheads'', in which members of the public pit their wits against them in order to win a cash prize. As of 2010, he has lived in Crewe, Cheshire.〔Norman S. "Meet the Eggheads", ''Radio Times'' (7–13 August 2010), pp. 24–25 (BBC Magazines)〕 ==Bibliography== * 抄文引用元・出典: フリー百科事典『 ウィキペディア(Wikipedia)』 ■ウィキペディアで「Christopher Hughes (quiz contestant)」の詳細全文を読む スポンサード リンク
